Manager, Commissions Planning - Remote

Overview

This role is responsible for managing the commissions planning process within the Sales Strategy and Operations Department at Angi, ensuring accurate and efficient target-setting for sales teams.

In Short

• Own and centralize sales target-setting processes for Care and Enterprise teams.
• Build automations for target-setting workflows.
• Standardize target-setting processes for accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop Snowflake tables for commissions data.
• Create dashboards using Looker or Vizier for insights.
• Support commission payout analysis and compensation modeling.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales Ops, and Analytics teams.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in compensation, finance, or sales operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; advanced Excel and SQL proficiency.
• Experience with Snowflake, Looker, or similar BI tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on scalable processes.
