Angi is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join the People Ops team, focusing on strategic and data-driven initiatives to support organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4 - 5+ years of HRBP experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Self-driven and able to work autonomously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders.
• Proven project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Agility in working with diverse teams.
