Engineering Manager, Business Solutions - Remote

Overview

The IT Enterprise Engineering Manager is responsible for providing a consistent and reliable experience across all applications and services, partnering with the organization to ensure systems are maintained, installed, and configured appropriately for current business requirements.

In Short

• Lead a team of IT Engineers and Analysts
• Plan out team objectives in coordination with Business units and other stakeholders
• Run Sprints from planning to retroactive review
• Assist team with task completion
• Take Ownership of relationships with relevant stakeholders and vendors
• Provide guidance and coaching to team members
• Report to upper management on various aspects of the team
• Work through complex asks and issues not currently understood to find a path forward
• Work with partners to turn Business needs into actionable system requirements
• Maintain and monitor system performance

Requirements

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cyber Security, Information Systems, or a related IT field
• 3+ years of experience in a professional leadership role
• 6+ years of experience working on an IT team supporting product/engineering functions, cloud infrastructure, corporate infrastructure development
• Experience with Genesys Cloud, Nice Incontact, or similar relevant Contact Center platform
• Experience with Single Sign-On/SAML solutions such as Okta, ADFS, Auth0, etc.
• Experience defining and implementing internal practices and controls
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to proactively learn and apply new skills and technologies
