Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Director.
  • Experience in Home Services or Lead Generation preferred.
  • Proven success as a sales leader of a high-performing team.
  • Coaching and training experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication for various audience levels.
