Overview

As a Customer Care Leader at Angi, you will be responsible for designing data-driven strategies and operational excellence to enhance customer experiences and support both homeowners and service providers.

In Short

  • Define and drive strategy for exceptional customer experiences.
  • Foster a positive work environment for team members.
  • Map the homeowner journey to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure consistent and efficient homeowner experiences across channels.
  • Partner with teams to implement new technologies for enhanced experiences.
  • Manage relationships with offshore BPO partners for service quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 6+ years in Customer Experience, with 4 years in senior leadership.
  • Deep understanding of customer needs and experience principles.
  • Marketplace experience preferred.
  • Proven success in cross-functional team leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
