• Responsible for identifying & acquiring new site partners in the Public Sector: municipalities, cities, transport companies, etc.
• Clients are distributed across Germany, with approximately 20% of the work time spent visiting potential site partners.
• Manage the entire sales cycle: from tenders through initial meetings to contract execution.
• Coordinate and oversee the implementation of new sites as a Sales & Project Manager in the Public Sector.
• Maintain long-term, strategic partnerships to sustainably expand the Smart Locker network.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction with existing site partners.
• Participate in industry events, fairs, and conferences to maintain the market leader position of the employer.

Requirements

• Very good German language skills are a must.
• A completed commercial training, a degree, or similar qualifications are required.
• Several years of experience in collaboration with public partners, such as municipalities and cities, is ideal - interest is also sufficient.
• Willingness to travel about 20% nationwide in Germany.
• Ideal: Experience with tenders in the Public Sector.
• As a Project Manager in the Public Sector, you should have empathy, persuasion, and perseverance.
