In Short

  • Provide technical advice to customers/partners
  • Answer technical questions and concerns through various channels (phone, email, chat)
  • Support and manage the entire infrastructure behind the platform
  • Analyze and optimize platform issues on a deep technical level
  • Adjust and maintain the containerization environment, especially Docker
  • Assist in the creation and optimization of SIEM integrations
  • Provide workarounds and solutions for short-term requirements
  • Collaborate with the Pre-Sales team to improve customer experience

Requirements

  • Experience with networks, VPNs, firewalls, TCP/IP
  • Incident management: analyze and resolve security incidents
  • Experience with Linux and Windows system administration and security
  • Experience with SIEM tools and incident response
  • Basic knowledge of AWS, Azure, or cloud security concepts
  • Experience with containerization and Docker
  • Confident and professional demeanor in customer contact
  • Fluent in German
