Manager of Project Management, Public Sector - Remote

Overview

Procore is seeking a Manager of Project Management, Public Sector to own, drive, scale, and inspire a team of talented individuals focused on leading professional services delivery projects for our Public Sector customers.

In Short

• Own the overall success of a team of project managers overseeing medium to large sized business accounts.
• Provide oversight on active projects to ensure proper management of Statements of Work.
• Attain mastery over Procore services engagements and create efficiencies in processes.
• Track and measure KPIs and project milestones.
• Grow the effectiveness of the project management team by refining operational metrics.
• Develop employees and retain talent.
• Collaborate with Sales during the services scoping process.
• Manage escalations with effective client resolutions.
• Support SaaS platforms including onboarding and training.
• Encourage a customer-oriented approach with strong analytical skills.

Requirements

• 7+ years of customer success and service experience supporting SaaS platforms.
• 4+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Proven experience creating and delivering complex Statements of Work.
• Experience with Public Sector clients and navigating the RFP process.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Up to 25% travel required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
