In Short

• Manage a team of six to eight (6-8) Project Managers
• Perform interviews for potential candidates
• Responsible for successful onboarding, guidance and coaching for each direct report
• Perform frequent 1:1s with your direct reports and enable their career development
• Ensure the success of your team in completing engagements while meeting revenue targets
• Monitor performance of team members and provide timely feedback
• Work with the Project Management leadership to help align and manage goals
• Serve as a Project Manager for at least one Project while managing your team
• Develop and improve operational practices, utilization KPIs and processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in managing a consulting or project management team
• 10+ years in a client-facing project management role in the technical industry
• Experience with infrastructure modernization, application development and/or data engineering
• Extensive knowledge of project management disciplines, methodologies and tools
• Expertise in forecasting and budgeting management
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present to executives
• Ability to develop processes, templates and standards around project management
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
