Overview

This job is responsible for providing thought-leadership and project management expertise to deliver key strategic initiatives and critical projects for Highmark Health.

• Oversee project staff and manage project delivery within scope, quality, time, and budget.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a project manager role.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree.
• Leadership experience in the healthcare insurance industry preferred.
• Experience managing large, complex projects.
• Knowledge of project management tools and software development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Experience with conflict resolution and negotiation.
• Risk mitigation planning experience.
