Overview

You want to find your way into the exciting world of Cyber Security and support companies in the DACH region in securing their IT systems? In the Cybersecurity Tech Support role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring that inquiries are handled competently with a clear mind and technical acumen. You will be an important part of the technical support team and actively support the smooth use of the Cyber Security platform by our customers.

In Short

  • Receive, filter, and categorize incoming inquiries
  • Pre-qualify tickets and forward them to 2nd level support
  • Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements
  • Support general questions regarding the platform and its functions
  • Collect logs and information for simple technical problems
  • Utilize and maintain internal documentation & Knowledge Base

Requirements

  • You have experience in IT Support, are familiar with Networking (VPNs, Firewalls, TCP/IP), and can analyze and resolve Security Incidents.
  • Linux and Windows are familiar to you, as well as initial Cloud concepts (e.g., AWS, Azure) and Container technologies like Docker.
  • You speak fluent German (at least C1) and present yourself professionally in customer contact.
