In Short

• Technical consulting and support for customers, partners, and distributors
• Handling complex inquiries and support tickets through various channels
• Analysis and resolution of errors in various areas
• Agent installation and configuration
• SIEM integration and log analysis
• Vulnerability management and scanning
• Network and endpoint monitoring
• Root cause analysis for recurring issues
• Support and maintenance of the platform infrastructure
• Collaboration with third-level support and development teams

Requirements

• Completed training or degree in IT or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in second-level support, ideally in IT security or system management
• Solid knowledge of Linux (preferably Debian)
• Good knowledge in network technology and IT infrastructures
• Windows server administration skills
• Networking knowledge (routing, switching, firewalls, VPN)
• IT security solutions knowledge
• Professional demeanor in customer interactions
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
• Good English language skills, both written and spoken
