In Short

• Technical consulting for customers and partners
• Answering technical questions and concerns via various channels (phone, email, chat)
• Support and maintenance of the entire infrastructure behind the platform
• Error analysis and optimization of the platform on a deep technical level
• Adjustment and maintenance of the containerization environment, especially Docker
• Support in creating and optimizing SIEM integrations
• Providing workarounds and solutions for short-term requirements
• Collaboration with the Pre Sales team to enhance customer experience

Requirements

• IT education or degree
• Experience with Linux system administration and security
• Knowledge of networks, VPNs, firewalls, TCP/IP
• Incident management: analyze and resolve security incidents
• Experience with SIEM tools and incident response
• Basic knowledge in AWS, Azure, or cloud security concepts
• Experience with containerization and Docker
• Professional demeanor in customer interactions
• Fluent in German
