Overview

As the Director of Sales – Paper Service (PSP), North America, you will set the strategic course and manage the performance of the PSP Service Account Managers calling on Paper Mill customers across North America.

In Short

  • Lead the performance of the PSP Service Account Managers.
  • Collaborate with HR, Product Management, and Operational Leaders.
  • Develop and implement long-range business strategies.
  • Ensure effective customer relationships and sales processes.
  • Drive performance metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and grow Corporate Key Account relationships.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales and customer service team.
  • Oversee Incoming Order Budgets and control sales costs.
  • Foster a collaborative culture rooted in trust and accountability.
  • Represent Andritz at key industry meetings and events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering, Industrial Management, or Business (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in industrial services or pulp & paper.
  • Experience selling to the Pulp & Paper industry.
  • Demonstrated success in managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong financial literacy and customer-centric mindset.
  • High emotional intelligence and exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Experience leading innovation and operational transformation.
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems using data.
