Overview

Anaplan is looking for an Alliances Director – Sales & Marketing RSIs to drive the success of our Sales & Marketing partnerships and alliances in North America, collaborating with internal and external partners to deliver sourced and co-sold partner revenue.

In Short

  • Drive the development of the multi-year partner business plan for Sales & Marketing.
  • Work with GTM and product leadership to drive engagement with sales & marketing RSIs.
  • Selectively recruit, onboard, and develop new Sales & Marketing RSI partners.
  • Expand ACV and Services Revenue at target accounts.
  • Drive market activation of Sales & Marketing applications with selected partners.
  • Provide oversight of the alliance and regional go-to-market strategy.
  • Own communication and activation across Anaplan and with assigned partners.
  • Lead stakeholder governance and collaboration across teams.
  • Monitor and report on progress on business plan goals and partner success KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Partner Success for sales and technical training.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Partnerships, Alliances, or sales-related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of partner, alliance, and channel go-to-market motions.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and collaborative.
  • Ability to establish credibility with partners and sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused and achievement-driven.
  • Ability to adapt to a high-energy, dynamic environment.
