Overview

As a Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Amperity, you will play a critical role in guiding our customers through the entire lifecycle of their engagement with us, ensuring they achieve their goals and derive long-term value from our platform.

  • Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in enterprise customer success or consulting.
  • Strong preference for experience in data infrastructure or analytics.
  • Proven track record with large organizations.
  • Ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for consultative roles.
  • Collaborative team player with cross-functional skills.
  • Practitioner-level knowledge of martech tools.
