In Short

  • Develop and execute strategies to generate pipeline through inbound and outbound activities.
  • Own the entire sales process from lead qualification to deal closure.
  • Engage with enterprise-level customers to drive expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain high standards of CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting.
  • Collaborate with BDRs, Solution Engineers, and other departments.
  • Utilize HubSpot and AI tools to manage your pipeline effectively.
  • Conduct product demos and negotiate contract terms.
  • Leverage manufacturing industry knowledge to address customer challenges.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and a willingness to learn.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in B2B sales, focusing on enterprise-level customers.
  • Strong understanding of business drivers in the manufacturing sector.
  • Effective collaboration skills with various departments.
  • Proficient in CRM systems like HubSpot.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
