In Short

  • We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager - Enterprise.
  • You will be the key point of contact for our largest and most strategic customers.
  • Your focus will be on ensuring customers achieve measurable outcomes with Amper.
  • Develop trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and tactical teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and other internal teams.
  • Own key metrics such as churn and gross retention rate.
  • Drive adoption and long-term retention of Amper solutions.
  • Lead regular business reviews to showcase value delivered.
  • Act as the customer’s advocate within Amper.
  • Support flexible work while valuing collaboration.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Experience with enterprise or large strategic customers.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Customer-first mentality with a focus on driving outcomes.
  • Collaborative and resourceful problem solver.
  • Passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement.
