Overview

The Senior Manager will coordinate delivery efforts across internal and external teams, manage relationships, and oversee end-to-end incentive compensation management including design, analytics, and operations.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree & 10+ years or Bachelor’s degree & 12+ years in Incentive Compensation.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams and projects.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and tools like Excel and SQL.
  • Knowledge of sales operations platforms and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects.
  • Effective communication skills for presenting data.
  • Innovative mindset to challenge the status quo.
  • Experience in the bio/pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
  • Ability to implement process and systems innovations.
