Overview

The Sales Operations Manager, Incentive Compensation is responsible for supporting the development and administration of the sales team incentive compensation program.

In Short

  • Drive the creation of fair and motivating incentive plans.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
  • Manage IC plan administration and payouts.
  • Deliver accurate IC plans, reports, and visuals.
  • Resolve field sales inquiries related to sales data.
  • Ensure data accuracy for IC calculations.
  • Create business process documents for IC administration.
  • Support territory alignments and call plans.
  • Assist in evaluating sales productivity and performance.
  • Ensure data integrity through testing and validation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or quantitative discipline.
  • 2-3+ years experience in healthcare/pharma.
  • Experience with commercial data in healthcare/pharma.
  • Familiarity with data warehouse and aggregation systems.
  • Excellent technical skills with CRM and data visualization tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work systematically and efficiently.
