The Hematology Product Specialist is responsible for planning visits to healthcare professionals, executing marketing strategies, and analyzing post-visit outcomes to meet business goals and customer needs.

In Short

• Plan visits to healthcare professionals in assigned regions.
• Conduct promotions in accordance with marketing strategies and compliance rules.
• Analyze visit outcomes and inform the Regional Manager about potential and resource analysis results.
• Focus on patient-centered approaches to meet business objectives.
• Must have a bachelor’s degree and preferably 2 years of experience in the hematology therapeutic area.
• Possess strong planning, targeting, and segmentation skills.
• Strong relationship management and performance-oriented skills required.
• Proficient in using CRM databases and MS Office.
• English proficiency is preferred.
• Must have completed military service for male candidates and possess an active Class B driver's license.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a university.
• Preferably 2 years of experience in the hematology field.
• Good planning, targeting, and segmentation skills.
• Relationship management abilities.
• Performance-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in CRM databases and MS Office.
• English language skills preferred.
• Completed military service for male candidates.
• Active Class B driver's license.
• No travel restrictions within Turkey and abroad.
