The Product Specialist will manage the feature roadmap and collaborate with teams to enhance user experience through CRM platforms like Salesforce.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1+ year of product experience.
• 1+ year of experience in written and oral communications.
• 1+ year of experience in the SDLC process.
• Expertise with CRM platforms and data modeling (Salesforce).
• Experience in Film / Television, Media, Technology, or related fields.
• 1+ year of direct client engagement experience.
• Experience with Agile methodology.
• Experience using JIRA or similar systems.
• Natural problem solver, adaptable and collaborative.
