Overview

NeuroUX is seeking a highly motivated Product Specialist to join our team. In this multifaceted role, you will contribute to various aspects of our operations while working closely with the founding team.

In Short

• Conduct product demonstrations and walkthroughs for potential clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns and optimize digital marketing initiatives.
• Conduct thorough testing of products and services.
• Provide prompt technical assistance to clients and internal teams.
• Contribute to product documentation and knowledge base.
• Assist in sales initiatives and participate in team meetings.
• Support other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
• Flexible working hours with core hours from 11 AM to 8 PM IST.
• Work remotely with a focus on client responsiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 1-5 years of experience in a related field.
• Prior experience in Tech Support, Quality Assurance, or Project Management preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies.
• Knowledge of design principles preferred.
