Overview

The Product Specialist will play a pivotal role in Product Management and executing the DwyerOmega growth strategy by providing technical knowledge about our suite of products. This individual will work closely with sales, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure that our products are correctly represented, implemented, and supported in diverse industrial settings.

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the product suite, including technical specifications and applications.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and maintain digital product materials.
• Work closely with the e-commerce team to optimize product listings.
• Provide technical support and solutions to customers.
• Partner with sales and marketing teams for product presentations and training.
• Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams for product improvements.
• Develop and conduct internal training sessions on product updates.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products.
• Support operations team with ad-hoc requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a science, engineering, finance, or economics discipline.
• Initiative and commitment to becoming a product expert.
• Proven track record of collaboration across teams.
• Strong technical acumen and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for client demonstrations and conferences.
• Experience with industrial sensors is a strong plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
