Requirements

• Doctorate with 4 years HR experience, or Master’s with 8 years, or Bachelor’s with 10 years HR experience.
• 4 years of experience managing people or leading teams.
• Proven track record in executive development programs.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Experience in designing executive-level learning experiences.
• Understanding of leadership development and coaching.
• Ability to manage external vendor relationships.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinking with operational detail management.
• Curiosity about new technologies in leadership development.
