Overview

The Patient Access Training Manager is responsible for supporting the Patient Access training function within the RDBU Commercial Training and Development function, delivering comprehensive training to patient access personnel and identifying training needs.

In Short

  • Support Patient Access training needs for 6 RDBU brands and 300 learners.
  • Lead facilitator for multi-day training using adult learning methodologies.
  • Identify training needs through stakeholder meetings and propose innovative training ideas.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to create engaging learning content.
  • Deliver instructor-led training programs on various topics including account management and regulatory compliance.
  • Facilitate interactive technical and product training for Patient Services and Site of Care staff.
  • Work on cross-functional projects to support business improvements.
  • Maintain and improve training content using instructional design techniques.
  • Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel for meetings as needed.

Requirements

  • Doctorate degree or equivalent experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Master’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Associate’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience.
  • High school diploma with 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in content development and instructional design is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong project management and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
