• Lead multiple analytics teams (pods) to support key deliverables.
• Conduct data analytics and generate insights for patient support strategies.

• Evaluate and present analyses on business objectives.
• Establish a center of excellence for Medical Data and Analytics.
• Identify opportunities to improve Analytics team capabilities.

• Engage in cross-functional collaboration to optimize processes.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree with 4 years or Master’s with 8-10 years in Data Analytics.
• Managerial experience leading teams and projects.
• Experience with the US Pharmaceutical market.
• Ability to connect insights across a matrixed organization.
• Passion for data-driven business transformation.
• Experience with data lakes, modeling, and visualization tools.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability to a dynamic environment.
