Requirements

  • Doctorate degree with 2 years of training experience, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years managing people or leadership experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in training, sales, or marketing in relevant industries preferred.
  • Strong communication and coaching skills.
  • Ability to work under limited supervision.
  • Experience in project management and team coordination.
  • Strong clinical competence.
  • Experience engaging with regulatory and compliance teams.
