Overview

The Director, Patient Access & Affordability Capabilities leads the team responsible for managing the design, implementation and ongoing operations of Amgen’s co-pay programs, developing new solutions to address patient access and affordability needs.

In Short

Requirements

  • Doctorate degree and 4 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
  • 5+ years in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries preferred.
  • Knowledge of copay design and operations.
  • Strong financial competence and analytical skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to anticipate market dynamics.
  • Customer-centric mindset.
