Overview

Healthlink Advisors is seeking an experienced Patient Access Director to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive operational playbook based on prior assessments. This role will focus on implementing strategic transformations, optimizing workflows, and ensuring seamless integration between patient access operations and IT systems like Epic.

• Design and execute a comprehensive playbook for patient access improvements.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in patient access operations.
• Proven ability to lead strategic execution and change management.
• Hands-on experience with Epic and technology-driven operational improvements.
• Strong skills in operational restructuring and process improvement.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration across healthcare departments.
• Previous advisory or interim leadership experience.
