Epic Research Billing Analyst - Remote

Overview

This position develops, builds, and modifies Epic Research Billing and related applications, performing complex analysis, design, development, testing, and support services for Epic applications.

• Leads and monitors midsize to large scale projects within multiple functional departments.
• Performs complex designs, implements, maintains, and provides ongoing optimization and support for Epic clinical applications.
• Conducts workflow assessments and captures business needs to analyze internal systems.

• Performs builds, upgrades, and system enhancements.
• Delivers post-implementation training and support.
• Maintains system documentation and develops specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of Epic application experience.
• Epic certification(s) required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.
• Experience in planning and organizing activities effectively.
• Experience leading projects and meetings with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
