Overview

JLL is seeking a Research Analyst to support the local Industrial team while contributing to the National Research team, focusing on data collection and analysis in the commercial real estate sector.

• Collect and audit industrial real estate and economic data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Familiarity with visualization tools preferred.
• Strong organizational and data validation skills.
• Motivated and self-starting.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
