Overview

Our Minds Matter (OMM) is working toward a day when no teen dies by suicide. Driven by research and led by teens, OMM clubs create safe, brave spaces where young people build social connections, practice self-care and healthy habits, and offer peer-to-peer mental health support.

In Short

• Part-time Research Analyst position at Our Minds Matter.
• Support ongoing research and program evaluation projects.
• Provide technical expertise and project management support.
• Conduct survey analysis and report findings.
• Perform data cleaning and statistical analysis.
• Develop charts and analytical text for reports.
• Assist with focus group data collection and analysis.
• Work on measurement and evaluation infrastructure.
• Hybrid position with some onsite requirements in the DMV area.
• Project length from April 1, 2025, to July 31, 2025.

Requirements

• Experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in data management and analysis software.
• Ability to visualize and report data effectively.
• Experience in survey design and implementation.
