In Short

• Manage a pipeline of 40-50 loans per month.
• Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Gather required documentation from customers and third parties.
• Communicate promptly and professionally with customers and team members.
• Calculate and analyze income, assets, and liabilities.
• Utilize AUSSIE and company procedures.
• Deliver best-in-class customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years recent mortgage loan experience.
• Self-directed and motivated in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, DU, LP, and CRM.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Preference for candidates in MST or PST time zones.
