The Mortgage Loan Processor manages each loan file from conditional approval to clear to close, ensuring efficient communication with customers and team members.

In Short

Manages loan files through the processing pipeline
Evaluates applications for submission to underwriting
Communicates documentation requests to borrowers
Reviews and ensures accuracy of loan file documentation
Corrects mistakes and updates loan applications
Works to meet established SLAs
Collaborates with loan officers and operations team
