Overview

The Disclosure Desk Analyst reviews and delivers loan disclosure documents, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in compliance with relevant lending laws, while delivering excellent customer service.

In Short

• Verify the accuracy of loan documents and ensure disclosures comply with federal and state regulations.
• Prepare and deliver loan disclosures within established timeframes.
• Work closely with brokers to resolve any documentation issues to ensure timely generation of disclosures.
• Monitor workflows, prioritize and manage pipeline to meet deadlines.
• Keep current on loan products, guidelines and requirements such as TRID, RESPA, and HMDA.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Mortgage industry experience required.
• Understanding of mortgage lending regulations.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
