• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Contact Center Developer.
• Strong knowledge of UCaaS or CCaaS and API development.
• Senior level programming skills in Java, SQL, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with Asterisk PBX is highly desired.
• Web application development experience.
• Experience with LLM AI systems is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams development is a plus.
• Experience with RocketChat development is a plus.
• Experience with MongoDB is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
