• Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to drive revenue growth utilizing platforms like Meta, TikTok, etc.
• Test various bid strategies to achieve profitable growth.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure campaigns are competitive and effective.
• Align strategies with overall business goals.
• Test new creative, analyze performance, and provide feedback to influence creative development.
• Provide regular reports on campaign performance and insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing lead generation paid social campaigns with a strong track record of success.
• Hands-on experience in building and optimizing lead generation campaigns in Meta and TikTok.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
