• Lead the configuration and optimization of our marketing technology stack.
• Oversee the implementation and management of site tagging.
• Manage identity resolution processes and data movement strategies.
• Coordinate the setup and trafficking of advertising campaigns.
• Act as a key stakeholder in ongoing privacy discussions.
• Develop and implement creative personalization strategies.
• Stay well-versed in leading partners and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in ad operations or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of Martech stack components.
• Expertise in site tagging, ID resolution, and data management.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of privacy regulations and best practices.
• Familiarity with creative personalization strategies.
• Preferred Experience: Agency or brand side experience is highly desirable.
