Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or prior mortgage employment history.
• Desire to learn and grow in the industry.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and excellent decision-making skills.
