Overview

Mediavine is seeking an experienced Director of Ad Operations to join our Operations Team.

In Short

• Lead departmental planning and manage special projects.
• Provide guidance to managers and act as a point of escalation.
• Support traditional Ad Operation functions including trafficking and reporting.
• Lead teams responsible for yield management of advertising inventory.
• Develop and track KPIs for ad operations quality and efficiency.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
• Analyze opportunity loss and collaborate with Partner Account Managers.
• Manage Mediavine Direct and ensure smooth operation.
• Lead the Comscore process for onboarding publishers.
• Support employee growth and retention within the team.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in ad operations.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Google MCM processes.
• Experience with campaign management and reporting.
• Familiarity with yield management strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.
