Overview

AmeriSave Mortgage is seeking an experienced and inventive Voice Bot Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent voice bot systems across our customer service platforms, including phone and web interfaces.

• Architect and implement robust voice bot solutions across phone and web.
• Integrate bots with LLMs and MLMs for dynamic conversations.
• Collaborate with UX designers for natural conversational flows.
• Connect voice bots to internal APIs and knowledge bases.
• Design systems for managing fallback behaviors and intent resolution.
• Build tooling for testing and improving voice bot performance.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing voice bots or conversational AI systems.
• Experience integrating bots into telephony systems.
• Familiarity with voice experiences for the web.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and MLMs.
• Proficiency in Node.js, Typescript, or Python.
• Experience with speech recognition and text-to-speech engines.
• Comfort with real-time messaging and API integrations.
• Excellent communication skills.
