Overview

As an Account Manager BeNeLux, you will own the entire B2B sales cycle for our innovative AI-based SaaS product, driving client relationships and sales processes in the BeNeLux region.

In Short

  • Own the full B2B sales cycle in BeNeLux: discovery, tailored demos, negotiation, and closing.
  • Build a sustainable pipeline via inbound lead follow-up and creative outbound.
  • Qualify and progress opportunities using structured discovery and clear success criteria.
  • Work data-driven in HubSpot to keep your pipeline clean and accurate.
  • Analyze how amber’s AI platform delivers measurable efficiency gains for customers.
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder buying centers, demonstrating the benefits of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive long-term relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in selling complex, consultative software solutions.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and present tailored solutions effectively.
  • Experience negotiating contracts with SMBs and mid-market accounts.
  • Knowledge of lead qualification and business development in SaaS sales.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch; French is a strong plus, German is nice to have.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, ideally HubSpot, with a data-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently in the BeNeLux region while representing the company.
