Overview

The Regional Sales Director is charged with enabling Amare Brand Partners to successfully build their businesses through collaborative work with the marketing team and by helping drive promotions and programs.

In Short

  • Develops strong relationships with Amare Leaders primarily by phone.
  • Engages in goal setting and strategic conversations.
  • Collaborates with internal departments to fulfill wellness partners' needs.
  • Keeps accurate records of issues and resolutions.
  • Improves processes to resolve Wellness Partner questions/concerns.
  • Maintains updated knowledge of Amare products and services.
  • Explains and maximizes the compensation plan.
  • Responds to inquiries regarding rank qualifications and commission.
  • Acts as the company face to the Field, translating messaging into a communication strategy.
  • Delivers annual revenue and key metric achievement.

Requirements

  • Must be a Canadian citizen or legally authorized to work in Canada.
  • Strong background in sales management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in the wellness industry is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Proficient in using sales and marketing tools.
