Overview

The Customer Success Operations Analyst is a critical role within our Revenue Operations team, focused on enabling our Customer Success teams—including CSMs, Account Managers, Technical Implementers, and Support—to scale efficiently and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

In Short

  • Identify inefficiencies in Customer Success workflows and implement scalable solutions.
  • Act as a first responder to operational issues.
  • Build dashboards and perform deep-dive analyses.
  • Partner closely with CS leaders and other departments.
  • Own or support the administration of key systems.
  • Work in a dynamic environment with passionate colleagues.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel/Sheets.
  • Experience with systems like Salesforce and Zendesk.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Bonus: Experience with SQL or scripting languages.
