Business Development Manager Assistant - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Manager Assistant who will support us in the area of E-Commerce.

In Short

• Support in detail analyses and preparation of decision templates for business development.
• Assist the department head in coordinating strategic D2C projects.
• Prepare regular project status updates in collaboration with involved teams.
• Support internal communication in E-Commerce through newsletters and presentations.
• Establish a structured information flow within the business development team.
• Plan and organize department events, workshops, and team meetings.

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• At least two years of professional experience in a startup, venture capital, consulting, or digital business environment.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and an analytical, solution-oriented work style.
• High initiative, team spirit, and enthusiasm for numbers and digital business models.
• Fluent in German and English with strong communication skills.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
