Business Development Assistant - Remote

Overview

Que Technology Group is a small, minority-owned IT company based in Baltimore, MD. We are looking for a remote Business Development Assistant to join our team. This position will require occasional travel to local networking events. This role will contribute to the company's growth by identifying and pursuing potential business opportunities in the Information Technology sector.

In Short

• Attend business development and networking events, representing the company.
• Scan federal and IT contract databases for opportunities.
• Conduct research on industry trends and potential clients.
• Compile and organize information for strategic planning.
• Work independently and attend events on behalf of the company.
• Flexible hours between Monday-Friday.
• Part-time position with 15 hours per week commitment.
• Must be a Maryland resident.
• Strong research and communication skills required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 is necessary.

• Strong research skills and ability to synthesize information.
• Excellent communication and networking abilities.
• Ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• MUST be a Maryland resident.
