Product Manager for Wildes Land Cat Products (m/f/d) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a passionate individual with a love for animals and a knack for strong brands and thoughtful products to join our Wildes Land team as a Product Manager. You will help develop our successful brand portfolio in the pet food sector and elevate healthy pet nutrition to the next level.

In Short

• Develop and implement target-oriented product concepts for the Wildes Land brand portfolio.
• Oversee the entire product development process from idea generation to successful product launch.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations, particularly food law, while maintaining product quality.
• Conduct regular market, competition, and target group analyses to derive optimization measures.
• Develop pricing strategies and support purchasing in contract negotiations with suppliers.
• Coordinate internal and external interfaces to bring successful products to market.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in product management, ideally in FMCG or the pet market.
• Experience with pets, especially cats, or knowledge of the cat food market is preferred.
• Strong affinity for good products and design with a sense for consumer goods trends.
• Entrepreneurial thinking, strong analytical skills, and creativity.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication skills and a team player mindset.
