Alpha Chi Omega headquarters is hiring! Join our team as an Assistant Director of Housing with a development focus. This role supports the mission, values, and vision of Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity and the National Housing Corporation (NHC).

In Short

• Supports the mission and values of Alpha Chi Omega and NHC.
• Ensures assigned NHC facilities are well maintained, competitive, and safe.
• Provides oversight of day-to-day management and operations of NHC facilities.
• Maintains relationships with facility staff, vendors, and chapter leadership.
• Supports oversight and strategy for local house corporation programming.
• Assists with NHC marketing efforts.
• Requires a minimum of two years of experience in housing management.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with remote employees and volunteers is preferred.
• Membership in a Greek-letter organization is a plus.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience with Greek-letter organizations or housing management.
• Strong service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Advanced computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
• Works with urgency and manages multiple initiatives.
• Demonstrates honesty and discretion.
