Annual Giving Officer - Remote

Overview

The Annual Giving Officer at Alpha Chi Omega will focus on identifying, cultivating, and stewarding donors and prospects to enhance the Foundation's fundraising efforts.

In Short

• Full-time position (40 hours/week).
• Remote work option available or based in Indianapolis, IN.
• Responsible for managing donor relationships for contributions between $250-$2,499.
• Work closely with the director of donor relations.
• Develop long-term relationships aligned with the Foundation's mission.

• Must have a home office setup for remote work.
• Willingness to travel 3-5 times per year for events.
• Requires a bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising preferred.

Requirements

• 1-3 years professional experience in nonprofit fundraising or related field.
• Strong service orientation and outstanding presentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain positive working relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and donor management software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel for donor cultivation events.
• Home office that allows for uninterrupted communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management or related field required.
